Description
- _Undertake any operational request for various internal clients in France & large entities, in order to procure the need at the best possible conditions_
- _Execute sourcing events end-to-end (Run the “Source to Contract” and “Manage the Needs” processes)_
- _Help improve his Entity's performance by putting in place business synergies_
- _Track savings and performance management_

Detailed responsibilities

**Help internal clients to formalize/express their needs**
- Assist with and optimize procurement requests (xxx)
- Clarify and challenge the details of these requests

**Ensure the Procurement is completed at the best conditions (cost, quality, delay, payment terms)**
- Within the framework of the procurement category policy produced for a Group category:

- Based on requirements, identify the total target cost and establish tender assessment criteria
- In other cases, manage the whole Procurement process:

- Based on requirements, identify the total target cost and establish tender assessment criteria and procedure
- Study the market to identify which potential suppliers are to be consulted
- Roll out the tender process with respect of the Category guidelines
- Identify, analyze, evaluate, execute and document any exception (emergencies and urgencies) to the process with the proper authorizations
- Integrate the CSR and sustainability dimensions
- Identify and manages the risks (data privacy, security,etc)
- Negotiate the specific terms and conditions with the suppliers
- Finalize the choice of supplier with the internal client and prepare the contract

**Good execution of the contract**
- Approve purchase order, according to his power delegation
- Help internal clients to ensure the supplier performs its obligations
- Monitor supplier dispute and litigation with internal clients
- Measure operational and economic performance of the supplier (including CSR and Carbon Neutral / Zero)

**Communicate toward suppliers and coordinate internally**
- Interact/Coordinate the network of Supply Officers and Specifiers/Requestors
- Develop strong collaboration with the Requestors (Anticipation and challenge of the Request)
- Implement new signed contracts
- Manage supplier relationship

**Reporting and feedback**
- Provide reliable and comprehensive reports and feedback, in order to improve efficiency of the procurement strategy and supplier performance
- Contribute to the performance plan

**Business intelligence and proactivity**
- Perform Market Intelligence
- Use his / her knowledge of categories, markets and internal requirements in order to make relevant proposals
