**À propos de l'équipe People**:
Destinée à accompagner la croissance d'Ornikar, l'équipe People grandit également. Tout le monde a rejoint l'équipe entre 2019 et 2021, et nous sommes désormais 7, organisés en quatre pôles:

- Le pôle **People Operations**, qui s'occupe de l'on-boarding, de l'off-boarding et l'expérience de nos talents
- Le pôle **Learning & Development**, dont vous ferez partie, qui s'occupe de faire grandir nos talents
- Le pôle **Business Partners**, qui est en charge de coacher les managers de ces talents

**Nous recherchons un.e Learning & Development Partner**:
Pour travailler avec nos managers et nos talents, et les assister dans la gestion de la performance, leur développement de carrière

**Vos missions**:
**Development**
- **Gestion des cycles de performance** : conception et mise en oeuvre des cycles de performance (trimestriels et annuels) permettant un suivi et management efficaces de la performance Leapsome, programmation des campagnes dans notre plateforme de talent management, communications animation de hotlines
- **Développement de notre pratique du feedback** : le feedback étant au coeur de la culture d’Ornikar, accompagner nos managers dans leur pratique du feedback, et élaboration d’un programme de feedbacks s’approchant d’un 360 (pairs, clients internes, managés)
- **Career path** : création d’un framework de career path pour donner à nos collaborateurs de la visibilité sur leurs perspectives chez Ornikar
- **Gestion des enquêtes de satisfaction** : conception et mise en oeuvre des enquêtes de satisfaction, analyse des résultats, mise en place de plan d’actions et identification des co-owners

**Learning**
- Elaboration et mise en oeuvre d’une **stratégie Learning** et des programmes de formation
- **Détection des besoins **:analyser les besoins des équipes via des échanges avec les managers et les collaborateurs, les cycles de performance (trimestriels et annuels) et via l'extraction des priorités de la stratégie Ornikar, afin de déterminer les formations essentielles aux développement de nos collaborateurs et d’Ornikar
- **Collaboration avec des partenaires externes **:comparer et analyser l’adéquation avec nos besoins de l’offre de formation de partenaires externes, négocier les contrats et coordonner le déroulé de la formation
- **Création et animation d’une communauté de formateurs internes**: identifier des experts internes, organiser et valoriser leurs activités
- **Suivi des formations** : évaluer l'efficacité des programmes de formation, exploiter l'analyse des données pour savoir comment les améliorer, et pilotage du Training plan
- **Gestion du budget **:suivre le budget formation en assurant un bon équilibre entre ressources internes et externes, et en alertant de manière proactive
- **Développer une culture de l’apprentissage** à travers d’autres initiatives internes, business et non business : mentoring, shadowing, journée du client, ou autre, on a hâte de connaître vos idées

- **Un premier échange** avec Pauline, votre future manager, pour vous préciser les contours du poste et les enjeux de l'équipe
- **Une étude de cas **pour vous projeter sur des missions du poste en conditions réelles
- **Un entretien de culture fit** avec deux membres de l'équipe People pour vous donner un aperçu de nos rituels, méthodes
