Nous recherchons des étudiants en alternance passionnés par le Retail au sein de nos magasins en région île de France Ouest:

- 4 Temps la Défense
- Vélizy 2
- Boulogne Billancourt
- Cergy

**Vos missions**:
En partenariat avec le/la Responsable du Magasin, vous contribuez au développement de la performance commerciale de votre surface de vente et à la fidélisation de la clientèle. Véritable leader, vous assurez le développement de vos équipes et contribuez aux projets transverses du magasin.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de Magasin vos principales missions seront les suivantes:

- Fidéliser les clients et développer le chiffre d’affaires par la qualité de l’accueil, la pertinence des conseils et la connaissance de l’offre commerciale C&A.
- Optimiser l’espace de vente en collaboration avec les différents métiers du magasin.
- Assurer le visuel et le merchandising des produits et participer activement à la mise en place et la réussite des opérations commerciales qui animent le magasin.
- Participer à l’animation de l’équipe de vente tout en garantissant la performance individuelle et collective.

**Votre profil**:
Vous préparez un bac+2/3 en commerce et/ou management, vous poursuivez vos études dans le domaine du commerce.

Compétences/Savoir-faire requis:

- Maîtrise de l'anglais souhaitée
- Superviser une équipe de vente

Qualités recherchées : Excellent sens du relationnel et du service, pédagogie, organisation

**Modalités**:

- Rythme d'alternance :_
- 2 jour en formation / 3 jours en entreprise
- 1 semaine en formation / 3 semaines en entreprise

**Contrat d'alternance sur 12 mois** **avec possibilité de démarrer dés juillet 2024**.
