Notre filiale France recherche un **Ingénieur d’Applications Terrain - FAS** **H/F/NB** en CDI au sein de l’unité Industrie et auprès de nos clients des industries pharceutiques et cosmétiques.
Vous serez rattaché au Responsable France des FAS.
Secteur: Nord et Ouest France: Bretagne, Normandie, Pays de la Loire, Hauts de France, Ile de France Ouest.

**Quelle sera votre mission chez bioMerieux ?**
- Assurer la mise en place des solutions commercialisées par bioMérieux en garantissant l’installation, la connexion, la formation du client et la bonne utilisation de l’automate dans les délais impartis, en respectant les procédures spécifiques
- Accompagner nos clients à la mise en service de la solution dans son environnement réglementaire
- Assurer les démonstrations de nos solutions dans les phases d’avant-vente au côté de nos Ingénieurs Technico-Commerciaux
- Conseiller et aider nos clients, responsables et techniciens de laboratoire de microbiologie industrielle:
- A l'utilisation de nos systèmes et réactifs commercialisés
- A l’interprétation des résultats en s’appuyant sur notre expertise et les normes en vigueur
- Contribuer à la croissance du business au coté des équipes ventes et markéting.
- Fidéliser nos clients en apportant services et expertises.
- Prendre en charge la gestion des réclamations techniques de nos clients, assurer la réponse finale et la traçabilité de ces réclamations clients
- Gammes : toutes les gammes « Pharma & Cosmétique » bioMérieux
- Poste principalement itinérant avec une activité terrain complétée d’une activité au sein de notre Centre Relations Clients (support téléphonique)
**Qui êtes-vous ?**
- Formation supérieure (Bac+4/5) scientifique (microbiologie...)
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience sur un poste de Service Client ou Vente. Idéalement, vous avez acquis votre expérience au sein d’une entreprise dans le domaine du contrôle microbiologique.
- Connaissance et expertise reconnue en microbiologie; vous connaissez le fonctionnement d’un laboratoire de contrôle dans les industries cosmétiques et biopharmaceutiques.
- Votre anglais est professionnel.
- La connaissance des outils CRM (customer relation management), des normes de la pharmacopée ou des connaissance dans le domaine de l’organisation / optimisation (Lean) seront appréciées.
- Votre excellent relationnel, votre réactivité, votre autonomie dans la prise de décisions et votre orientation business sont vos atouts personnels pour exceller dans cette fonction.
- Votre adaptabilité et votre engagement sont également des points forts pour ce poste.
- Secteur à pourvoir France Nord-Ouest
- Poste itinérant nécessitant des déplacements à hauteur de 50% du temps sur le secteur (et parfois France entière)
