**Description of the position**:
Within the Division EHS Department of Sigmatech, international R&D Centre of Plastic Omnium, you will be responsible for participating in the development of an exoskeleton adapted to our activities alongside the "exoskeleton" consortium.
**Main missions**:
- Conduct a requirement analysis with partner companies, understand and identify problems and needs.
- Participate in the development of the exoskeleton using a user-centric process.
- Contribute to improving the user experience in the design of prototypes.
- Contribute to engineering and design reviews of prototypes.
- Contribute to the development of FH methods to evaluate prototypes and solutions in the design stages with the help of consortium partners.
- Contribute to the innovation and qualification of new technologies such as exoskeletons.
- Conduct effective communication throughout the development process.
**Profile**:
- Master’s degree in ergonomics, biomechanics
- PhD on ergonomics, biomechanics
- You have experience in system design considering ergonomic requirements in an industrial context (literature review, task/activity analysis, user testing...).
- Knowledge of the development or deployment of exoskeletons in industry would be an important asset.
- Softs kills : your entourage describes you as open-minded and dynamic, ability to synthesise and formalise, team spirit benefits are obvious for you.
**Start Date**: As soon as possible
**Localization**: Sigmatech, Plastic Omnium, Sainte-Julie 01150 (30kms from Lyon, carpooling possible)
**Compensation & Benefits**:
Gross annual salary according to profile + profit-sharing + participation to the company restaurant dedicated to Plastic Omnium employees + transportation allowance.
Our R&D Centre also has access to a gym and concierge service.
