As a 3C Designer you will be in charge of defining vehicle controls, camera and character specifications to provide an accessible and pleasant driving experience to players.

Main missions:

- Providing efficient game design documents to communicate system to the team on 3C and relative vehicle features
- Actively participating in vehicle prototyping
- Participating in the integration of vehicles in game engine
- Tweaking and balancing vehicle physics, camera and other driving feedbacks
- Adjusting settings based on several inputs
- Having a general knowledge of game design and an overview of the 3Cs of vehicles to ensure consistency.
- Working with the tech team on enhancing the physics engine

**Qualifications**
- Good knowledge of driving and FPS games
- Vehicle mechanics knowledge
- A first 3C designer experience
- Sensitivity to player accessibility
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong synthesis skills
- Autonomous and rigorous
- You are comfortable working with international profiles in English (spoken, written)
- Anvil engine experience would be a plus
