Want to join a fast-moving company and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for its next Global Innovation Analyst Intern, starting in July 2023. The Global Innovation Team provides the framework to accelerate Innovation value growth & transformation for Pernod Ricard. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Your key missions:
- The Global Innovation team is here to ensure the present and future success of Pernod Ricard’s new products and offers (ACCELERATE), foster new innovation ways of working (TRANSFORM), and promote collective intelligence (CONNECT).
Support innovation effectiveness projects:
- Development of a group framework to track performance and understand innovation performance drivers: you will build use cases, update tool presentations and templates-
- You will support roll-out and tracking of ongoing pilots to gather learnings and optimize the common solution: collect ongoing results, organize pilot assessment reviews-
- You will contribute to preparing project updates for management and the innovation ecosystem-
- You will collaborate with IT on assessing digitalization potentialManage innovation reporting to the ecosystem and management:
- You will prepare quarterly performance reports to top management, in coordination with finance, innovation hubs, and the capabilities teams-
- You will manage group innovation reporting list and run the refresh for the next fiscal year in coordination with actors of the ecosystem: innovation hubs, brands companies, market companies, finance- Innovation Business Intelligence:
- You will set up competitive innovation monitoring using internal and external resources to cascade information to relevant stakeholders-
- You will run ad hoc reports depending on demand: competitor deep-dives, other innovation related topicsIf you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply- You are enrolled in a Master in Management, Strategy or Marketing-
- You are fluent in English-
- You have excellent attention to detail, ensuring deliverables are always at a very high standard-
- You have analytical skills to deal with data, and transforming data into insights-
