**MISSIONS**

En lien direct avec Gauthier, co-fondateur, votre rôle sera principalement de faire croître le réseau d’espaces Via Sana, tout en maîtrisant les impératifs financiers.
Vos missions:

- Manager en 2025 une équipe composée d’une quinzaine de Real Estate Managers (et de City Managers)
- Être le visage de Via Sana auprès des partenaires immobiliers (foncières, investisseurs )
- Constituer un pipe d’ouvertures, permettant de donner de la prévisibilité sur l’activité du reste de l’entreprise
- Participer à la réduction des coûts d’ouvertures en maximisant les accompagnements des bailleurs (projets à l’achat, en construction, enveloppe, travaux, franchise etc)
- Mettre en place des process, des outils et structurer le pôle pour passer à l’échelle et gagner en efficacité.
- Monitoring et reporting, s’assurer que la performance des projets est en adéquation avec les prévisions
