Le Comptoir du Malt recherche pour son restaurant de Crépy-en-Valois:
Un Manager de Salle - H / F

Le Comptoir du Malt est une enseigne régionale de restauration de brasserie. Forte de 23 établissements dans les régions des Hauts de France et en Normandie, l’enseigne entend poursuivre son développement et recherche donc de nouveaux talents
- Effectuer et veiller au respect de la mise en place en Salle et au Bar, veiller à la conformité des plats à la sortie du Pass
- Accueillir le client, placer ou faire placer le client, tenir un rang ou gérer le Bar, procéder à la prise de commandes
- Effectuer la fermeture de la Terrasse et de la salle en veillant au respect de leur nettoyage
- Traitement opérationnel des caisses : procéder aux annulations, retours et remises
- En cas d’absence du Directeur et du Responsable de salle:

- S’assurer de la conformité de l’agenda des réservations avec la mise en place effectuée
- Elaborer la feuille de route qui suppose l’attribution des rangs,
- Procéder à l’affichage de la provenance des viandes en accord avec le Chef Cuisinier
- Briefer le personnel avant chaque service, diriger et manager son équipe
- Garantir la coordination entre la Salle et la Cuisine
- Effectuer le contrôle des caisses
- Salaire brut mensuel de 2 184€ pour un contrat 35h
- Paiement de toutes les heures supplémentaires effectuées avec système de badgeuse (chaque minute effectuée est due)
- 2 jours de repos par semaine minimum
- 7 services en moyenne par semaine
- Que des CDI à temps plein pour que tous les collaborateurs puissent bénéficier d’un samedi ou dimanche par rotation
