**Job Description**:
- Create device test plans- Design test load boards and probe boards (schematic and layout specifications)- Develop and validate analog, parametric, and digital logic tests (using Automated Test Equipment) at both wafer and package levels to provide high quality devices to our customers at minimum costs- Sustain test programs to improve yield and cost of test for high volume production- Design and develop generic software tools to improve test solutions development efficiency
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering with about 3 years of related engineering experience (NCG also accepted)- Software experience in C/C++ and Python required- Familiar with test and/or measurement equipment- Good knowledge of electronic circuits and semiconductor device physics- Ability to comprehend and review electronic components datasheets- Ability to communicate and work with different cultures in different countries- Good English speaking and writing skills- Synthesis and communication skills- Able to travel if needed
