Descriptif du poste
En tant que Lead Product Designer avec une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans le domaine, vous occuperez un rôle central au sein de notre équipe. Vous devrez collaborer efficacement, partager vos connaissances et constamment remettre en question les besoins client pour les transformer en besoins utilisateur.
Responsabilités:
- Conception Collaborative:
- Organiser et animer des ateliers de co-conception.
- Effectuer des audits ergonomiques de sites.
- Réaliser des benchmarks inspirants et/ou concurrentiels.
Conception UX:
- Créer des arborescences claires.
- Développer des personae pertinents.
- Concevoir des parcours utilisateurs intelligents.
- Élaborer des zoning et/ou wireframes explicites.
Conception UI:
- Développer des interfaces claires, simples et efficaces.
- Construire et maintenir un design system sous Figma.
- Réaliser des prototypes interactifs de maquettes.
Profil recherché
Compétences Requises:
Expérience:
de minimum 5 ans d'expérience ainsi qu'en agence.
Expérience dans la gestion simultanée de plusieurs projets.
Langues:
Bilingue en anglais, capable de conduire des ateliers et de présenter en anglais.
Outils:
Maîtrise avancée de Figma, avec la capacité de construire un design system, utiliser variants, properties et variables de manière appropriée.
Compétences Managériales:
Expérience dans la gestion d'équipes de designers sur des projets de minimum 6 mois, couvrant les phases de cadrage des besoins, de conception fonctionnelle et de production d'interfaces.
Relation Client:
Aisance dans la relation client, capable d'animer des ateliers et d'argumenter des livrables de manière autonome.
Livraisons UX/UI:
Capacité à produire des livrables UX tels que personae, user journey, user-flows, wireframes, audits, benchmarks et éventuellement des tests utilisateurs.
Compétence dans la production de livrables UI, y compris la création et la gestion d'interfaces graphiques sous Figma.
Profil Recherché:
Disponible dès début avril.
Fortes compétences de management d'équipe.
Excellentes compétences de communication pour argumenter de manière pédagogique et synthétique.
Capable de développer une relation de confiance avec les clients et d'incarner le référent design de leurs projets.
