**Role Overview**

**We are looking for**:

- A trainee to be part of the Procurement team which ensures Solvay has a sustainable competitive advantage by purchasing products and services through global networks at the best global market conditions.

**We count on you for**:

- Analysis of the needs from the different Solvay industrial plants (contracts to be updated, to be created)
- Analysis of the supplier landscape (new entrants, existing suppliers, product & service offering of the suppliers)
- Tenders and contracting Contract implementation (follow-up of KPI’s, suppliers evaluation)
- Updating of Procurement databases

**You will bring**:

- MBA in Procurement or Commercial domain
- Procurement or finance knowledge
- Fluent in English
- French would be a plus
- Informatics (SAP, MS Office or Google tools)
- Autonomous & pro-active
- Communication skills - written and verbal - public speaking skills
- Curious and open minded
