Then come and join our fantastic team at Darewise and drive the development of our online communities via the preparation, delivery and deployment of innovative, data-led social media & content strategies.

We're making a super-cool Play&Earn MMO, with an open and transparent approach to development that has the player community at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for someone like you to develop, increase and engage Life Beyond's community.

**Please note that this position is either full-time on-site in Paris, Barcelona, London or Montreal.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Help developing the community with measurable increases of the fanbase and engagement rates
- Establish Darewise’s Web3 expertise and trust in front of our communities (especially on Discord & Telegram)
- Recommend consistent contents / platforms to catch Web3 communities’ attention
- Support the Social Media manager in the Strategy’s deployment
- Keep an editorial calendar up do date and manage the posting and the conversations with our community

Profil:

- Proven work experience as a Community Manager preferably in a blockchain or gaming environment
- Extensive knowledge of the web3 space and social media platforms (Discord, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, Tiktok, blogs, etc.)
- Ability to discover trends and swiftly jump on it
- Good Web3 audiences understanding
- Native English standard of communication with excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling
- Mastery of Community’s insights analysis, Social media content creation and Google tools
- Rigorous, creative, humble, sociable, a bit impertinent, reactive, analytical, eager to learn and not afraid of anything, not even walls of fire (we have a very good health insurance, just in case)

- Basic skills in graphism
