Compliance Assistant

Dale Aviation France is a company specialising in the provision of aircraft maintenance, handling, repair and assistance services, as well as trading in aeronautical parts and equipment.

The company is based in Déols (36) and has stations at Châteauroux (36), Nantes (44), Bordeaux (33), Roissy (95), Toulouse (31) and Strasbourg (67) airports.

We are looking to recruit a compliance assistant who shares a passion for excellence and are willing to go the extra mile to provide the highest level of quality and safety in an aircraft maintenance environment.

Applicants must be able and willing to work on-site in Dale Aviation France's main maintenance base at CHR airport.

YOUR MAJOR TASKS WILL BE:

- To assist the management team reviewing incoming reports, assigning those to relevant departments or persons, follow-up actions and performing risk assessments.
- Monitoring of open occurence reports.
- To support and assist managers to implement the relevant corrective actions, support in closing the internal and external audit findings.
- To assist in the process of management of change.
- To assist in the process of staff competence requirement review.
- Monitoring of relevant regulations in a timely manner in order to identify changes/updates and support in integrating them into company documentation.
- To support in the devolpment and drafting of relevant company documents.
- To assit in the management of our internal tools.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- High level of integrity and flexibility.
- Previous work experience in compliance monitoring or quality or ISO is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Positive mindset with great enthusiasm for the aviation industry.
- Computer skills.
- Excellent English language skills (verbal/written).
