**Location**: Castets, Bordeaux or Dax, position on an open-ended contract
**Key responsibilities**:
- Develop end to end sourcing strategies for an Alliances portfolio of 40 million CHF by working closely with Alliances Technical and Product Management & Strategy teams
- Work closely with internal business partners (S&OP) to identify critical sourcing needs and fulfill them efficiently
- Manage supplier(s) - improve key suppliers metrics and elevate relationships with current suppliers while continuing to identify potential suppliers
- Negotiate and formalize legal contracts with suppliers
- Own the Budget and Forward Looking Costs processes for managed sub-categories
- Develops strong understanding of the market and monitors competitive factors
- Act as lead for development and implementation of key sourcing projects
- Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders and be part of Transversal projects management

- Master's degree in Business School, Purchasing, Finance; Master's degree in chemistry or industrial engineering is a plus
- More than 10 years of experience in sourcing/procurement (or technical / commercial) of chemicals, especially on fine chemicals/chemical ingredients/Aroma chemicals/Intermediates.
- Complex multicultural environment understanding and ability to work effectively and successfully in countries and cultures with significantly different (business) customs and rules as compared to the home country
- Demonstrate ability to lead in teams, experienced in project management in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Analytical, strategic, quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Fluent French and English
