**TRAVEL RETAIL SALES MANAGER**

MISSION:
As a Travel Retail Sales Manager, you a re a key team member who inspires and leads by example. You will support all aspects of sales while focusing on the following;
1. Create and implement a retail strategy in the assigned region.

2. Recruit, manage, coach and motivate a team of Client Advisors ( CAs).

3. Build brand image by ensuring retail excellence in the point of sale and marketing animations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Creating and implementing a retail strategy in the assigned region:

- Achieve or exceed market share and ranking targets.
- Achieve monthly/ yearly sales targets by point of sale and total region defined with the Key Account Manager (KAM)
- Develop incentive schemes for the Client Advisors
- Provide reports and data analysis including qualitative feedback and action plans.
- Monitor the assortment implementation and stock levels in the POS (OOS, testers, min max, listing).
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders: airports operators, store managers, agencies etc.
- Foster entrepreneurial spirit by identifying new business opportunities.
- Regular interface with KAM /Marketing.

2. Recruit, manage, coach and motivate your team
- Define sales objectives and drive the Client Advisors’ productivity.
- Regular visits of POS in agreement with the KAMs
- Train CAs (incl. generic staff) & newcomers following company guidelines and business needs mainstream product innovations, services, experience, visual merchandising ( VM)
- Enable empowerment and innovation through constructive

feedback.
- Manage the shifts and coverage of CAs and promoters.
- Collaborate with marketing on the fragrance allowance for CAs.

3. Build Build brand image by ensuring retail excellence in the POS and by ensuring retail excellence in the POS and marketing marketing animations:

- Full responsibility for VM execution in accordance with sales and marketing guidelines.

- Identify new opportunities to build the brand equity.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

- Team to manage: approx. 20 Client Advisors
- Area to manage: France, Belgium, Geneva Airport, Eastern Europe, Tunis airport
- Traveling required for this position: up to 60%

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

- Prior relevant work experience, preferably in travel retail and Perfumes & Cosmetics
- Fluent French and English
- A passion for excellence and love working with people
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
- Experience as a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help teams succeed
- Excellent problem-solving skills and solution-oriented
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and to react quickly with strong sense of urgency
- Resilience and the ability to react to situations in-the-moment and stay aware of changing store priorities as they arise
- Strong communication skills and comfortability with computer/store systems (excel)
- Flexible availability to work
