Plus de 50 postes sont créés, afin de constituer des équipes nouvelles et autonomes.- De par le caractère novateur de notre démarche, et notre volonté de redéfinir entièrement nos besoins et nos impératifs en matière de support, chacun de ces nouveaux postes offre une occasion unique d’avoir un impact direct et visible sur le futur de notre entreprise.- Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Financial Analyst Senior, talentueux et motivé, pour rejoindre notre équipe de Contrôle de Gestion / FP&A.- En tant que Financial Analyst, votre rôle consistera à fournir des analyses financières et des prévisions, pour aider à la prise de décision stratégique. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de direction et les services financiers. Vous assurez la collecte et l’interprétation des données financières et opérationnelles de l'entreprise. A ce titre, vous serez le responsable fonctionnel du système de planification financière et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes informatiques pour en garantir l’efficacité.-
**Responsabilités principales**:
- Collecter, consolider et valider les données financières et opérationnelles provenant de différentes sources.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de comptabilité et de contrôle de gestion pour assurer l'exactitude des données financières
- Élaborer le budget et les plans financiers, en collaboration avec les équipes de direction
- Participer à la conception et à l'amélioration des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI). Suivre ces indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et préparer des rapports périodiques pour évaluer la performance financière de l'entreprise.
- Développer et maintenir des tableaux de bord, des rapports et des visualisations pour communiquer les résultats de manière claire et concise.
- Préparer des rapports financiers et des présentations pour les parties prenantes internes et externes
- Utiliser des outils informatiques pour automatiser et améliorer les processus d'analyse financière
- Collaborer étroitement avec les membres de l'équipe du contrôle de gestion pour comprendre les besoins analytiques et fournir des recommandations basées sur les résultats.
- Effectuer des analyses ad hoc pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques des gestionnaires et de la direction.
**Compétences requises**:
- Diplôme de niveau Master 2 en finance, contrôle de gestion ou systèmes d’information & contrôle de gestion.
