As the world reference in small domestic appliances, Group SEB has created a continuous improvement system: Operation Performance SEB (OPS), designed to ensure Operational Excellence by combining health with performance, using a shared language and reference system, involving the entire Group, developing skills, sharing best practices, and creating value.
OPS ambition is to enable performance on end-to-end flows, supporting improvements in the key supply chain functions
During the industrial graduate program, you will be exposed to our end to end perimeter, and you will be prepared to become one of the future industrial leaders in the Groupe
**This Graduate Program will prepare you for future industrial roles within the company (Industrial Performance Manager, Method Project Manager, Team Leader, Production Manager ).**
**YOUR MISSIONS**:
- **Mission 1**: Industrial Performance Manager - **September 2023 to August 2024 (Ecully & industrial sites France)**
**OPS program is piloted globally from our headquarter in Ecully and it is covering today**
**covering 80% of the manufacturing flows, cross region, and BUs.**
**It is based on simple fundamentals: People at the heart our system, a systematic identification of Non-Added Value (NVA), a management of performance through Short Interval Management (SIM), with a common objective to increase our customer satisfaction**
**The OPS methodology is deployed cross functions of the Global Supply Chain (safety, production, logistic, quality, engineering, purchasing)**
Reporting to the Group Industrial Performance Manager, you will be based in Ecully and will support the deployment of OPS in the sites
You will be working closely with the local OPS Managers and local team, as well as other functions on the Global supply chain. You will be involved in end-to-end diagnostics and transformation workshops/projects
You will:
- Propose approaches (tools, methods, training etc.) to allow an increase in maturity
- Implement KPIs to improve end-to-end performance (health & safety, quality, service level, cost & cash, environment)
- Work very closely with the operational teams in the sites
- Promote an approach towards continuous improvement through communication and concrete results
The missions described above will be refined and adjusted by the beginning of your assignment, depending on your profile and previous experiences.
- **Mission 2**: Industrial Performance Manager - Quality - September 2024 to February 2025**
This second assignment is the operational counterpart of your mission in France. You will be therefore based in an industrial site and driving a transformation in quality.
You will report to the Plant Quality Manager to participate in the improvement of the processes necessary to ensure the level of Quality required in production and guarantee customer satisfaction.
The location will be decided according to priorities, within the European perimeter.
- **Mission 3**: Industrial Performance Manager - Supply Chain - 6 months from March 2025**
This third assignment aims to further build your skills and understanding of the supply chain. You will be based in an industrial site and driving a transformation in Supply Chain.
You will report to the Plant Supply chain Manager to participate in the management and optimisation of storage processes and material movements in facilities linked to a production center.
