**About the role**

We are pleased to offer a position as Logistic Specialist at “Witbe - Headquarter” who will manage the inventory of the company updated with the different purchases, receptions, deliveries all over the world. You will interface between the Sales administration team, the production and delivery teams in France and US. You will report to the EMEA Production manager.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Inventory - Daily updated
- Responsible for the list of items in the database and quantity
- Responsible for the different type of stock and procedures
- Responsible for any assembling needs for specific products
- Keep a well-maintained and updated account of stock for each item
- Build KPI and Alert /warning in case of low stock

Reception in IT Tools (Microsoft Business Central)
- Update the inventory with the quantity of received items and Serial numbers: from suppliers, US Warehouse, or customers
- If any issues with the quality or damaged items, contact the suppliers and organize the return/replacement.

Expedition in IT Tools (Microsoft Business Central)
- Ship items corresponding to the Customer purchase order
- Ship items or interconnexions between Warehouses (France-US)
- Track deliveries through the tracking numbers
- Inform the Sales Administration team when items are delivered to invoice customers

Interface with domestic/international transportation companies: UPS, DHL, FEDEX
- Deal pricing with them
- Print shipment labels as needed by the production team
- Contact them for any issues with Customs

**Profile**:

- Bachelor or Equivalent in Logistic
- 2 to 5 years of experience in shipping with domestic and international services
- Good spoken and written communication in English
- Driving license

**Skills**:

- Well-organized, rigorous, collaborative
- Be comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Skills with a tool of Inventory /Supply chain management, ideally Microsoft 365 - Business Central
