PREMYOM* is an ambitious 5-year project of biomedical innovation for the benefit of young people and eye health. The aim is to bring the therapeutic treatment of myopia into the era of personalization. Lead partner EssilorLuxottica is leading the adventure with 5 renowned French partners in the fields of health (Hôpital Fondation Adolphe de Rothschild), research (INRIA, Institut de la Vision, Institut Mines Télécom) and industry (start-up Insimo), at the crossroads of biology and clinical research, optics and optometry, modeling, simulation and AI, embedded devices and microstructured materials. Premyom, whose €41 million budget is co-financed by the France 2030 national plan, is recruiting talent from all these fields to enrich the community of 60 women and men committed together on a daily basis to preventing the myopia epidemic.

As Project Coordinator for the Premyom project, you will have the responsibility to follow through and guarantee the success of the project, i.e the launch or 4 different products by 2030.

Your day to day missions will be to:
- Manage the 7 work package leaders, the progress of the whole project (40M€ budget, 5 Years, 60 FTE) and propose alternative solutions in case of delay or technical difficulties.- Validate, with the financial department and consulting subcontractor (ABGI-Absiskey), the proper use of the budget partially funded by public institutions.- Guarantee, with the 5 other partners (IMT, Inria, Insimo, FVE, HFAR) and the consulting subcontractor, the supply of the delivery at the right time, in relation to the proposal and in order to maintain public funding.- Provide technical, financial and administrative reporting to internally as well as externally to our project partners.

Your background and experience:
Educational Background in Science & Technology (for eg: MSc in Science & Technologies with a specialisation in Project Management)

At least 5 years of experience in Project Management

High knowledge in most of EssilorLuxottica’s technical fields

Strong qualities in organization

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to the unexpected ; risk management

Good interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English

Good technical writing in English
