As a Technical Project Manager you will implement and configure the sold solution according to the customer's needs.

You will propose technical and/or organizational solutions to a customer.

**What **You’ll** Do** **on a Typical Day**
- Ensure that the software's functionalities are well understood by the customers
- Carry out the configurations and technical integrations according to the customers' needs
- Accompany the customer during the first days of use
- Understand and define the customer's needs
- Support the different teams involved in the project
- Provide technical expertise on the projects
- Ensure a technological watch on his/her field of competence

**What **We’re** Looking For**
- Proven technical skills
- Knowledge of the company's internal processes
- Knowledge of customer relationship management
- Knowledge of the business travel and/or expense report industry is a plus
- English: fluent (multicultural and international team).

**What Technical Skills **You’ll** Develop**

Project Management
- HR, ERP and financial systems integration
- SSO
- Approval workflows for travel and expense
- Data transformation (ETL)
- Data synchronization to third parties (Travel Agencies, Banks, Card suppliers, GDS...)
- Leading workshops during the project phase

Security
- Ensuring PCI-DSS in the integration scope
- Ensuring data security for client transmissions

Managing service & feature requests from customers
- Feasability, cost and timeline analysis
- Data synchronization evolutions
- Data integration evolutions

Internal projects
- Batch integration for support team
