Purpose of the job: The France Communications Coordinator is a key contributor of the France Communications function and the promotion of the region’s projects, initiatives and teams.

S/he works in close collaboration with all the France comms members and region’s functions stakeholders to propose and supervise impactful and efficient communications on all the internal and external channels.

Reporting: The France Communications Coordinator directly reports to the Deputy France Communications & Ile-de-France Manager

Missions:
The France Communications Coordinator main tasks are:

- Support and promote the different France communications and projects
- Lead the editorial calendar for France,
- Support and advise France clusters comms in sharing project news at France level,
- Prepare content (written, audio/video) for various internal and external communication media/channels, in coordination with the communications teams.
- Lead the local deployment of transversal campaigns (internally and externally), in coordination with the Central and France communications teams, and France Functions teams (HR, D&I, E&C )
- Accompany the France Functions teams in the deployment of their local actions and initiatives, especially HR and CSR (comms plan, production and deployment of content, both internally and externally)
- Lead the social media accounts for France region:

- Support and advise Clusters comms in their social media publications,
- Support and advise France Functions and Management in their social media publications,
- Be a driving force in proposing content adapted to social media to support the France Comms objectives,
- Work in close relationships with the Central Social Media teams
- Monthly and annual reporting, and analysis of return on experience.
- Be the point of contact with the Central Comms teams
- Lead the organisation of the annual France-level rank 1 trade fair (EUMO/RNTP), with the support of the Deputy France Comms Manager : selection and management of suppliers, supervision of booth design and layout, logistics (catering, badges, team briefing and follow up of attendees ), content (propose and create content), budget management, internal and external communications (incl. photos/videos and live posts on social media), coordinate the event on D-day.
- Support the organisation of other events in France (internal celebrations, France President’s wishes, Team Talks, Teams Live events, other local events).

Educational Requirements

Communications schools and universities, journalism, business schools.

Experience

At least 3-5 years in communications and ideally, knowledge of and interest in internal and external comms tools and digital comms.

Profile
- Good writing skills
- Ability to effectively interact at different levels of the organization from executives to all other employment segments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet short deadlines
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear communications adapted to the targeted audience
- Knowledge in video making
- Experience in events management
- Fluent in French (primary) and in English
- Behavioural skills: dynamic, autonomous, flexible, resilient, capacity to make proposals
