Nous recrutons un(e) **Cost Controller** pour notre établissement Le Grand Pavillon de Chantilly, un magnifique hameau de 8 bâtiments en pierre authentique du 18e siècle situé dans un parc de 17 hectares. Niché au cœur de la forêt domaniale du Château de Chantilly il est traversé par la rivière la Nonette. Un havre de nature proche de Paris.

**MISSIONS**:

- établir les méthodes et procédures nécessaires au contrôle des dépenses ;
- identifier les risques liés au contrôle des coûts et mettre en place des mesures correctives ;
- assurer un reporting régulier
- faire le lien entre les chefs, les fournisseurs et les différents services de l'hôtel ;
- réaliser l'inventaire et le contrôle des stocks ;
- calculer les ratios F&B ;
- réaliser diverses analyses sur les ventes (quotidienne, menu engineering, produits best-sellers...).
- Assurer la bonne réception et stockage de marchandises
- assurer le réassort des fournitures de bureaux et autres produits liés au bon fonctionnement de l’hôtel en collaboration avec la direction et/ou services concernés
- gestion des déchets de l’hôtel
- assurer le lien avec le siège concernant les clôtures mensuelles

- Rigueur, autonomie.
- Capacité à gérer le stress et force de travail.
- Diplomatie et bon relationnel avec l'ensemble des secteurs de l'hôtel.
