**_ OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE _**_(3-4 bullets)_
L’alternant Technical Partner & Data Integratot participera à l'organisation et au développement des activités IT et digitales de la filiale française, en se concentrant sur la création de valeur. En tant que partenaire clé des fonctions commerciales (DD&T, Business Units, Médical...), il/elle collaborera à toutes les initiatives commerciales et fonctionnelles clés de la filiale. Il/elle aidera le Technology Partner Lead et le Data Integrator Lead à travailler sur les processus commerciaux clés pour soutenir les lancements de produits, les brand plans, l'efficacité de la force de vente et les parcours clients.
L’alternant Technology Partner & Data Integrator reportera directement au Tecnology Partner Lead.

**1/ Outils Commercial IT (VeeVa CRM / PromoMats) and data**:
- Apporter un soutien technique aux utilisateurs du CRM + Former et encadrer les équipes sur l'utilisation efficace du CRM et des processus associés.
- Veiller à la mise à jour des informations du CRM (gestion des utilisateurs, grille d'approbation, etc.)
- Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales et médicales pour optimiser/simplifier l'utilisation du CRM.
- Communiquer régulièrement sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités liées au CRM.
- Superviser la mise en place de nouvelles fonctionnalités du CRM pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise.
- Analyser et proposer des recommandations pour l'amélioration continue du CRM.
- Gérer et prioriser les demandes des équipes marketing pour leurs campagnes.
- Assister/guider les utilisateurs sur l'outil la gestion de contenu.
- Développer un regard critique et être force de proposition pour l'optimisation/développement de nos outils digitaux.
**2/ Data integration / Dashboard / Power BI**
- Participer à la maintenance de nos dashboards existants (mapping des établissements et produits, vérification de la qualité de la donnée)
- Participer à la création de nouveaux dashboards (cahier des charges avec les équipes demandeuses, développement sous powerBI et tests)
- Supporter les équipes I&A dans l'extraction et la mise en forme de données pour répondre à des demandes spécifiques

- _ Vous êtes en cours de formation Master de type Data integration ou Marketing Digital CRM. _
- La maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé est essentielle pour l'interaction quotidienne avec tous les contacts et le développement au sein de Takeda.
