Cette entreprise française développant une plateforme Data recherche un Data Analyst pour renforcer ses effectifs et développer son activité.

**LE RÔLE**

En tant que Data Analyst, vos missions seront:

- La mise en place d'un projet BI pour coordonner les équipes métier
- L'analyse des besoins utilisateurs et l'accompagnement des équipes dans la prise de décision
- La réalisation d'études ah-hocs pour concrétiser et suivre les KPIs
- Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et développer des ETL
- Participer a la veille technologique

**LE PROFIL**
- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans l'analyse de données
- Maîtrise de SQL et Python
- Vous maîtrisez un ou plusieurs outils BI
- Expérience en mise en place d'ETL
- Maîtrise d'outils de data visualisation comme Tableau

**THE COMPANY**

The business is one of the UK’s leading retailers and they are undergoing an exciting data transformation and are seeking to grow out their capabilities across the entire data lifecycle. In this role, you will be joining their fast-growing Customer Decision Science and Analytics team as part of their Data Engineering squad.

Their Data Engineering squad is focused on developing data products which sit at the heart of business commercial and data strategies. As Lead Data Engineer, you’ll be working closely with the data product owners, data scientists and business stakeholders developing robust data products which stand the test of time.

**THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and productionise robust data products which integrate into ML and customer-impacting systems
- Development using Databricks and Azure services
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to help manage new releases
- Contribute to the design of team-wide set of standards and best practices
- Act as a SME for data product, data domain, tooling and best practices
- Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams across the business

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Strong programming experience with Python and SQL
- Experience in Azure, Databricks and PySpark
- Track-record in productionising CI/CD pipelines
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
