Manufacturing Engineering Project Leader

Descriptif du poste
Le chef de projet est hiérarchiquement rattaché au responsable industriel. Son périmètre d action est national. Il intervient sur les sites en support des techniciens méthodes maintenance afin de mettre en place des nouveaux équipements ou des nouvelles technologies.
Missions Générales du Poste:
Opération de maintenance
- Valide les plans de maintenance réalisés par le technicien Méthode Maintenance.
Projets et amélioration continue
- Identifie les axes d améliorations sur les sites en termes d efficience, d ergonomie, de manutention, de convoyage, de contrôle et de retouche
- Elabore les cahiers des charges en vue du lancement des solutions chez les fournisseurs (analyse de risque, AMDEC Process, efficience ),
- Suit les projets avec les fournisseurs (garant Q,C,D),
- Valide les nouveaux équipements en vue de l'arrivée sur les sites (pré-acceptation par l'hébergeur, validation technique par l'hébergeur, validation plan de maintenance, mise en place des énergies),
- Est en lien avec l équipe Lean afin de développer des solutions cohérentes,
- Est en lien avec les Coordinateurs Excellence Opérationnelle afin de transversaliser les solutions techniques,
- Valide les gammes de démarrage (contrôle poka-yoké, pièces type, fonctionnement sécurité),
- Effectue la veille technologique sur les solutions applicables sur les sites.
Reporting hiérarchique & Communication
- Informer le Responsable Industriel / Directeur de région / Responsable de secteur / Responsable de Site de l état d avancement des projets,
- Assurer un suivi par jalons projet (lancement projet, validation étude, validation avant transfert, démarrage série, clôture après DMS+3mois).
Compétences Techniques & Outils
- Savoir réaliser un bilan économique afin de calculer un retour sur investissement,
- Savoir tenir une discussion technique avec un fournisseur afin de challenger / valider les concepts proposés par le fournisseur,
- Savoir réaliser un cahier des charges en se basant sur une expression de besoins,
- Savoir gérer une relation client afin de valider l arrivée d un nouvel équipement (argumenter sur les avantages, prendre en compte des demandes clients, anticiper les risques).
Profil recherché
De formation Bac+5 d'Ecole d'Ingénieur ou Universitaire en Génie Mécanique, Mécatronique ou Electrotechnique, vous possédez idéalement une expérience minimum de 3 ans dans l industrialisation / fabrication / maintenance de production industrielle (robotique, automatisme, vision industriel, process d assemblage).
- Vous connaissez les outils de gestion de projet et vous possédez de bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP),
- Vous maitrisez l anglais dans un environnement professionnel,
- Votre esprit d équipe, votre rigueur et votre autonomie seront vos meilleurs atouts pour réussir dans votre mission,
- Les compétences en vision, robotique, automatisme et machines spéciales sont un vrai plus.
