You enjoy solving problems and helping others derive insights out of complex datasets through dashboards, reports and data analysis? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst proficient in Power BI, Excel, Salesforce and Data Analytics, to join our international team enabling employees located in 100+ countries around the globe. As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to drive data based decision-making and improve business outcomes.
This role reports to the Global Retail Sales Enablement Director to support in providing the tools, processes and assets that Sales leaders, Sales Representatives and Sales Operations need to drive growth and success.
**Reports, Dashboards and BI Solutions**
- Design, develop and maintain comprehensive, data-driven performance reports & interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, Seismic and others.
- Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
- Monitor the performance and usage of BI solutions; optimize reports & dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, and standardization.
**Data Management & Quality**
- Connect to various data sources, import data, process and transform data for Business Intelligence.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating, cross-checking and cleaning the data as needed.
- Be an advocate for data quality and ensure data quality processes are constantly improved to generate insights only from the highest quality of data.
**Analysis**
- Analyze and interpret data from various data sources (e.g. Lead, Opportunity, Customer, Revenue, Product, Market, Industry,...).
- Synthetize and visualize key findings by transforming data into knowledge and actionable insights.
- Present back key findings to internal stakeholders in a digestible format.
**Collaboration, Training & Documentation**
- Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations and Marketing to understand their requirements and deliver appropriate BI solutions.
- Provide technical support and training sessions to other end-users to help them better understand and utilize BI tools.
- Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and user manuals.
**Required Qualifications**
- Extensive experience (5+years) carrying out data analysis and providing insights to the business in growing, dynamic organizations
- Successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of Excel and Data Visualisation BI Tools (PowerBI)
- Experience working across different technology platforms and business systems including CRM tools such as Salesforce and Sales Enablement Platforms like Seismic
- Awareness of relational databases and SQL desirable
- Strong analytical skills to convert data into insights & management information
- Excellent attention to detail
- Used to working closely with business stakeholders across different departments (including Business, Commercial, Finance, Marketing...)
- Excellent time management skills, ability to effectively work across multiple projects and manage competing deadlines
- Curious, creative and proactive, always eager to improve the way of working, and proposing new ideas
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Good English skills (written and spoken), one additional European language mandatory, 3rd language appreciate
