As part of the Tender and Project Office HQ team, you will be in charge of supporting the complete deployment of the OdyC tool at regional level. This great challenge is an opportunity to develop your transversal view on project management practices. This position will also give you the opportunity to demonstrate your ability to deploy a program in a matrix and international environment.
Reporting to the OdyC deployment manager, you will be in charge of the following missions:
- Support Finance, Planning and Project Community during data migration by getting strong ownership of the tool
- Assist Finance, Planning and Project Community during project initialization and firsts MPR & FPR Cycle
- Be the referee for functional administration & Costing & Finance-related topic
- coordinating and perform tests with Tender & Finance organization before each release/migration
- ensuring tool documentation (procedure,) and Tender & Project controlling process procedure are aligned and updated
- ensuring continuous improvement of tool processes & functionalities in particular in Costing & Project control area
- Be the OdyC support for Key users & users
- Performing second level of support towards Site & Region & Platform KUs,
- On-boarding new requests once approved,
- Animating support material and community (list of KU, shared mailbox, support TEAMS)
- Driving change & animating trainings for the users
**Your profile**:
You have at least 5 years of experiences in tender costing and/or finance project controlling with Good knowledge in Project Management methodology and dedicated tools. Your strong interest in technology & systems and your ability to listen and communicate will be great assets for this role. You are also recognized for identifying root cause and defining the right problem solving approach.
English is a must and other languages is appreciated.
