**Description du poste**

Gymglish recrute un.e Chef.fe de Projet junior pour renforcer notre équipe de gestion de projets, qui agit en tant qu’intermédiaire entre l’équipe technique et les autres équipes (Marketing, Pédagogique, Sales ) En tant que Chef.fe de Projet, vous rejoindrez notre équipe technique et serez accompagné.e par notre Cheffe de Projet Digital. Votre rôle sera d’aider à assurer la bonne livraison des projets transverses.

Après votre formation, vous serez chargé.e d’un portefeuille de projets (principalement en IT) et assurerez leur bon déroulement: de la planification au rendu final. Cela comprendra (entre autres):

- Collaborer de façon rapprochée avec plusieurs équipes (Sales, Support, Marketing et Produit) afin d’évaluer et définir leurs besoins.
- Transformer les besoins en spécifications claires et précises pour l’équipe technique (ingénieurs rattachés aux logiciels)
- Encadrer et coordonner l’exécution du projet en étant le point de contact entre les différentes équipes.
- Renseigner et suivre les projets via les outils de Project Management (Basecamp, Monday, JIRA)
- Aider à organisation des réunions et de la communication sur l’avancement des projets

- Must-have :_
- Une quantité débordante d’énergie et une volonté d’accomplir des projets ambitieux
- Une excellente fibre relationnelle et la capacité à travailler avec différentes équipes et des profils variés
- Une grande qualité organisationnelle et de gestion des priorités
- Rigueur et grande capacité de synthèse
- Anglais courant (parlé et écrit) et bon niveau de français
- Maîtrise des outils IT classiques (Google Suite, outils de Project Management, etc.)
- Ce qui serait un plus :_
- Intérêt pour l'innovation et le domaine du e-learning
- Connaissances des technologies de l'information (web/mobile, architecture, etc.)
- Expérience dans la création de produits IT / logiciels
- Connaissances en UX
- Au moins une bonne blague
- Passion pour les plantes, les chaussettes amusantes et le scotch (il parait qu’on a perdu le nôtre )
