THE PRODUCT(S) YOU WILL WORK ON / THE TEAM YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be part of the DDMRP Product Team, responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Global Core Model DDMRP, which is a key strategic supply chain process that ensures efficient replenishment flows and inventory strategy
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU
The responsibilities encompass capturing Business/Tech stakeholders' needs and translating them into functional specifications to fuel a product backlog. Collecting insights to support decision-making is part of the role, aiding the Product Owner in defining, delivering, and monitoring product value.
o Product Catalog Management : Participate in the addition, modification and removal of catalog items from my scope based on the approvals of the Product Owner and the Product and Service Catalog Manager
o Demand management & Backlog Management : Perform detailed analysis to ensure understanding of business needs and convert them into detailed functional & non-functional specifications. Transform business requirements into detailed Features and user stories to fuel a product backlog
- o Product lifecycle management : Collaborate with development team to ensure proposed technical solutions for the Products are addressing business needs. Contribute to functional and non-functional testing, assist Product Owner in defining and monitoring product value
- o Incident management : Contribute to L2/L3 support, identify & implement incident resolution
YOUR TEAM
Reporting Line (direct/indirect) : Support Product Owner in their daily activity taking part of the Agile ceremonies (backlog review, sprint planning, refinement, test sessions)
Key internal stakeholders : Product Portfolio Director, Domain Proximity Lead, Product Owner, Business Process Owners and S&OP Transformation Experts, Local Key users (Supply Chain planners), IT COE
Key external stakeholders : ANAPLAN and our AMS External Partner
YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
2-5 years of experience within a Supply environment (DDMRP)
Supply Chain Planning - Strong
IT Product Management (Agile context) - Intermediate
ANAPLAN Certified Model Builder - Intermediate
Data Architecture - Basic
English - Strong
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Analytic & critical thinking, with experience in analyzing & breaking down problems & information using structured frameworks & methodologies
Master proficiency on Pernod Ricard analytics assets, with the ability to build insights from relevant self-service capabilities
Business orientation & macro understanding of Pernod Ricard business strategy, objectives & processes (domain or product family level)
Detail-oriented & data-driven mindset
