L'équipe est constituée d'une douzaine de personnes actuellement avec un objectif de 20 personnes d'ici fin 2024.

**About the job**:
Dans le cadre de l’accélération de la roadmap, de la validation d'une levée de fonds et d'une forte ambition de croissance sur son offre grands comptes, le fondateur cherche à embaucher son premier ou sa première Account Executive Senior

Le poste est évolutif en cas d'atteinte des objectifs individuels sur un poste de Head of Sales avec le recrutement et l'animation de votre équipe

**Les missions**
- Elaborer votre cible commerciale (en France d'abord puis en Europe) et effectuer une veille permanente (concurrents, partenaires, technos, business) pour optimiser votre connaissance de ces marchés
- Transformer les leads identifiés dans le pipe
- Générer vos propres leads et transformer ceux apportés par les présences prévues sur les salons phares du marché
- Animer des RDV de démonstrations
- Construire des offres commerciales complexes en collaboration avec les équipes de production
- Négocier des contrats d’un point de vue commercial et juridique
- Vous engager sur la réalisation d’objectifs quantitatifs ambitieux
- Alimenter le CRM
- Partager votre veille, participer à des salons, prendre la parole en tant qu'expert(e) sur des évènements...
- Participer à l'évolution de la stratégie marketing, commerciale et Go to Market
- Challenger les pitch deck, les business modell...

**About ü**:

- Vous avez une expérience réussie au sein d'une solution SaaS/Martech reconnue du marché
- Vous avez au moins 10 ans d’expériences dans le développement commercial de grands comptes BtoB
- Vous êtes à l’aise pour échanger avec des top ou middle manager comme avec des opérationnels autour de sujets marketing, tech et digitaux
- Vous maîtrisez l’ensemble du cycle de vente et vous êtes fier(e)s de partager d’excellents résultats commerciaux dans un contexte BtoB
- Vous avez une excellente aisance relationnelle et une capacité à vous construire un réseau de confiance et de qualité
- Vous êtes “team-player” et solidaire des autres équipes de votre entreprise
- Vous aimez sortir du cadre et prendre des initiatives transversales
- Vous êtes un doer, hardworker, hands on et souhaitez rester sur le terrain en contribution individuelle majeure
