Capex Lead Buyer

**About the role**

**Execute purchasing strategies**
- Implementing cost-effective procurement strategies, aligning with business objectives and financial goals.- KPIs: Cost savings achieved, Supplier performance scores**Project performance**
- Conduct and ensure the performance on the entire purchasing process in the project: Technical clarification, Request for Proposal, supplier evaluation, offer validation, commercial and contract negotiation**Stakeholders management***
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project requirements, develop specifications, and establish purchasing plans**Prepare and approve tender documents**
- Creation and approval of RFPs- KPIs: Compliance rate with procurement policies, Time to market**Arbitrage and resolve challenges**
- Decision-making in critical situations- KPIs: Speed of issue resolution**Negotiate contracts**
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers to achieve optimal terms and conditions while mitigating risks.**KPIs: Contractual terms improvement**
- Cost reduction achieved through negotiation**Plan and coordinate CAPEX procurement**
- Developing and executing procurement plans- KPIs: Adherence to budget and timelines, Percentage of projects completed as per strategic goals**About you**

**Education & Experience**
- Master's’ degree in engineering or business (specialized in purchasing), with interest in technical products purchasing aspects.- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Purchasing in industry.- Experienced purchasing for a multi-site company**Skills**
- Be autonomy and able to integrate fast in a new organization.- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.- Language skills: French and English- Travel requirement: 50%, worldwide, mainly in Europe- Location : Based France / Avignon
