- Your daily life: the missionsAs a strategic partner for Finance and Risk departments, you achieve a deep functional understanding of Finance and Risk concepts, enabling you to design and deliver the most relevant solutions with a Group approach, especially in the actual context of major project of harmonization of tools and processes for Finance and Risk.

You coordinate all relevant IT resources in a cross-cultural organization (Germany, France, Switzerland, Tunisia) and align the organization structure of your team to best serve the expectations of the business.

More precisely, you are in charge of:

- aligning with the business strategy thanks to intensive networking within business, and building-up a solid business/product-related knowledge,
- collecting IT demands/requirements of the business,
- delivering new projects (Change the Bank) answering business requirements,
- coordinating implementation of IT Security requirements pertaining to the business,
- working hand in hand with Group Data team to leverage Data for business impact,
- managing IT project portfolio of the business,
- overseeing and reporting monthly IT budget/costs of the business,
- defining allocation of IT resources aligned with business priorities, in coordination with other IT managers,
- performing technological watch on new technologies and making proactive propositions.

Your team and your environment

You will report to the Group Head of IT Corporate Functions and therefore work closely with other IT managers of the Business Vertical like HR, Marketing & Communication, Legal/procurement or Data & Business Intelligence to align on processes and share experiences on key topics.

You manage a team of approx. 15 business analysts and project managers located in Paris, Frankfurt and Saarbrücken, dedicated to the Finance and Risk departments.

The skills you will developThis position will allow you to acquire a 360-degree view of banking environment due to the transversal position of Finance and Risk departments and also due to the central position of Group IT Corporate Functions within the IT organization. This strategic position will also allow to have direct contact with top management.

You will be challenged to develop your organizational skills, and you will be in charge of managing and developing a multicultural team. Furthermore, the IT within the ODDO BHF Group is constantly evolving, allowing you to fully develop your knowledge of new technologies.

Skills required
- Strong leadership and drive to deliver solutions with business impacts
- Intellectual curiosity; desire to constantly learn and continuously improve
- Completed studies in Computer Science Engineering or comparable (Master’s degree or above), ideally with a specialization in Finance
- Minimum 10 years of global IT experience
- Strong experience in managing IT projects and IT teams
- Experience in Finance industry: Private Banking, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Brokerage
- Experience in both in-house software development and vendor software management
- Strong understanding of Agile concepts and their real-life implementation
- Practiced in Functional Architecture and IS Urbanization
- You are fully fluent in English, and speaks also French and/or German
