Avec 47 millions de dollars de financement, Concord est la première plateforme de gestion des contrats pour les petites et moyennes entreprises. De la rédaction et des approbations internes à la négociation en ligne, en passant par l'exécution du contrat et la gestion des délais, Concord simplifie l'ensemble du cycle de vie des contrats.La gestion du cycle de vie des contrats (CLM) est l’un des secteurs ayant connu la plus forte croissance au cours des cinq dernières années. Alors que 95 % des entreprises dans le monde gèrent encore leurs contrats manuellement, les analystes prévoient que la gestion du cycle de vie des contrats deviendra bientôt la troisième plus grande industrie logicielle derrière les progiciels de gestion intégrés (ERP) et la gestion de la relation client (CRM).Concord est une entreprise axée sur le produit et le client, avec des bureaux aux États-Unis et en France. **Contexte**
- Rattaché.e à notre CTO, tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes Engineering & Product. Chef de projets technique, tu participeras à l'élaboration de la stratégie opérationnelle, seras responsable du delivery de ta squad et veilleras à la montée en compétence de celle-ci.

**Ce que l’on attendra de toi**:
- Planifier, organiser, animer et piloter l’activité de ton équipe en garantissant les délais de livraison et la qualité des attendus.
- Participer à l’élaboration des roadmaps produit et technique.
- Participer au maintien en condition opérationnelle de la plateforme.
- Assurer au quotidien un management de proximité des développeurs de ton équipe.
- Participer au recrutement, à la formation et à l’évolution individuelle des membres de ton équipe.
- Maintenir un climat collaboratif et de bienveillance au sein des équipes.
- Évaluer et être responsable de l’amélioration des performances de ton équipe.
- Participer activement au respect de l’ensemble des pratiques et des politiques de sécurité de la société.
**Profil recherché**:
- Une première expérience réussie de management d’une équipe idéalement dans un contexte similaire (Start-up/PME - Software/SaaS).
- Une solide base technique construite à l’aide d’expériences significatives en tant que développeur.euse.
- Une forte capacité d’organisation, de priorisation et de gestion de projets de bout en bout.
- Une bonne connaissance des méthodes agiles.
- Une capacité à fédérer et faire grandir ton équipe.
- Une bonne capacité à communiquer aussi bien à l’écrit qu’à l’oral en français et en anglais.
- Une curiosité et une proactivité te permettant d’intégrer une équipe passionnée constamment en veille.
