Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un **Business Manager F/H **sur **Suresnes (92)**

Vos missions seront les suivantes:
**Commerce**:

- Participer à la réponse d’Appels d’Offres et besoins client/prospects
- Contribuer à la stratégie commerciale de la société
- Identifier les clients et activités cibles dans vos secteurs conforme à la stratégie de la société
- Prospecter et rencontrer les différents interlocuteurs (Achats, Direction Technique et de Projet)
- Promouvoir les offres d’expertises de KADRA
- Rédiger les offres techniques et commerciales
- Assurer le suivi commercial et le bon déroulement des activités. (Suivi projet et collab)
- Recruter, manager et fédérer les équipes
- Effectuer le suivi et la gestion de carrière des collaborateurs.

**Recrutement**:

- Appliquer la politique de recrutement de l’entreprise avec le service recrutement
- conférence) avec le service recrutement
- Participer au rayonnement et à la notoriété de KADRA et de ses collaborateurs

Le /la Business Manager aura l'occasion de se concentrer sur les secteurs dynamiques des transports terrestres (automobile et ferroviaire), de l’énergie, des infrastructures et du life science en affinant son expertise au sein de ces domaines stratégiques en pleine croissance.

**La recette du succès pour vos missions**:

- Vous êtes issu(e) une formation de niveau bac+3 à Bac+5 orientée commerce et/ou ingénierie et vous souhaitez vous orienter dans le secteur de l’ingénierie d’affaires.
- De nature curieuse, vous êtes particulièrement intéressé(e) par les métiers techniques de l’Industrie et animer par le sens du service.
- Vous faites preuves d’esprit commercial, de ténacité et les challenges font partie de votre état d’esprit.
- Autonomie, très bon relationnel, aisance dans la communication, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, force de proposition, rigueur et réactivité, qualités rédactionnelles, capacité d’animation et à travailler en équipe vous définissent.
