**Context and main missions of the position**:
As part of its ambition in China and Asia, the Bel group recently acquired Shandong Junjun in China, a cheese manufacturer and company with considerable industrial potential and innovation.
The group will continue to invest heavily in China to support the strong growth of the Asian market. Within this context and reporting to the Director of Operations China, your main missions will be to be:
- The key contact between the French headquarters, the sales team in China and the factory.
- The industrial platform representative who will gather the factory's operating parameters (KPIdashboard), definitions and appropriate measures.
- In charge of identifying the main KPI gaps, you will propose solutions and lead continuous improvement projects.
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Organized and good communicator, you are known for your rigor, especially in meeting deadlines.
- You are also known for your results orientation and your creativity.
- You speak Chinese.
- You are fluent English, both written and spoken.
