THE ROLE
As part of CMA CGM's Digital Agency, and reporting to the PMO, you will be in charge of cross-functional projects and contribute to:
Ensuring smooth communication between the 5 teams that make up the Digital Agency
Ensuring the consistency of cross-functional actions
RESPONSIBILITIES
**You will be responsible for**:
Building the Digital Agency's project portfolio and implementing its governance
Identifying potential / current projects and drafting project sheets
Identifying constraints and interdependencies between projects and with the Roadmap
Prepare governance meetings (Go/NoGo gate) with project managers
Produce activity reports for management
Monthly reporting for the Digital Agency
Ad-hoc presentations
Monitor the budget in conjunction with Finance / Management Control
Monthly with each manager
Quarterly by participating in budget reviews and adjustments
Lead projects related to the digitisation of sales on a cross-functional basis and/or in support of certain Agency teams
Participate in technology watch on the development of digital solutions (products, players) for our customers, whatever the channel (Web, EDI/API).
PROFILE & COMPETENCIES
You are currently studying for a Master 1 (gap year) or 2 in a business or engineering school or at university on a Business Administration/Management/Entrepreneurship course. Ideally, you have completed a work placement in project management.
You have a very good level of written and spoken English. You are also very rigorous and curious.
You have a good command of Excel and an interest in digital solutions.
