**Missions**:
Placé auprès de la coordinatrice scientifique, Madame Laurie Calvet, l'EPM assiste ce dernier dans la coordination du projet. Ces fonctions recouvrent les aspects administratif, financier et juridique ainsi que l'animation du consortium. L'EPM a pour mission de faciliter le fonctionnement général du consortium dans le respect des règles édictées par la Commission européenne.
**Activités**:
Gestion du déroulement des activités ;
Interface avec les services de la Commission européenne et du CNRS ;
Suivi des échéances contractuelles (délivrables, rapports d'activités, rapports financiers) ;
Animation du consortium et mise à disposition des outils nécessaires au suivi (feuilles de temps, modèles, plateforme collaborative sur internet) ;
Assistance technique aux partenaires sur les aspects administratifs et financiers ;
Suivi financier et budgétaire
Suivi juridique de l'accord de consortium et des contrats de travail ;
Participation à la rédaction des rapports d'activité ;
Participation à l'organisation des réunions du consortium ;
Communication externe sur le projet (mise à jour du site internet)
**Compétences**:
Connaissance de l'environnement institutionnel européen
Connaissance de l'organisation de la recherche en France et en Europe
Expérience de la conduite de projets européens et/ou internationaux ;
Connaissances en gestion financière et administrative ;
Maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral
Capacité à travailler dans un contexte multiculturelle
Autonomie, rigueur
Mobilité (plusieurs déplacements, y compris à l'étranger)
**Contexte de travail**:
BAYFLEX est un projet européen EIC Pathfinder regroupant 5 partenaires académiques en France, Espagne et Allemagne et un PME. Il est coordonné par le laboratoire LPICM (Laboratoire de Physique des Interfaces et des Couches Minces), basé à Palaiseau.
