**Le contexte**:
Pour mener à bien un projet immobilier efficacement, il faut une équipe. Et toi, en tant qu’analyste des relations investisseurs, tu es indéniablement en début de chaine.
Au sein de la Direction Immobilière, l’analyste des relations investisseurs, tâchera d’assister et d’aider la direction à vendre des portefeuilles d’actifs sourcés par CetteFamille auprès de partenaires institutionnels, de foncières régionales bancaires ou à d’autres investisseurs.
Pour ce faire tu endosseras les rôles suivants:
- Tu seras le/la référant(e) lié(e) au process hebdomadaire du comité d’investissement
- Ton autonomie et ton adaptabilité t’amèneront à participer à la recherche et à la structuration de financement externe
- Du fait de tes responsabilités tu devras assurer un reporting de qualité ainsi qu’un suivi administratif de toutes les opérations financières relatives à tes projets.
- Ponctuellement tu participeras au développement immobilier en relation avec les promoteurs et les bailleurs sociaux.
La direction immobilière est aujourd’hui rattachée à la Direction Financière, et est constituée de 3 équipes : Celle en charge du développement et des investissements (développement), celle en charge de la construction et de la transformation des actifs (travaux) et celle en charge de la gestion du parc immobilier (asset).
Tu seras directement rattaché(e) au directeur de la première équipe, et tu l’épauleras dans la structuration des investissements.
**Ton rôle**:
Tu es garant du financement externe de notre parc immobilier, en contribuant notamment aux activités suivantes:
- **(1) Missions principales**_
- **Analyse des opportunités**: Traiter et analyser en fonction du cahier des charges d’implantation et des critères financiers les opportunités entrantes, ainsi que celles remontées par l’équipe sourcing.
- **Préparation des supports du comité d’investissement**: Sélectionner en accord avec les directions du développement les dossiers à présenter en comité. Préparer les supports de présentation ainsi que les données de marché associées. Présenter les opportunités auprès du comité d’investissement et consigner les décisions apportées.
- **Support lors des négociations et Due Diligence**: Accompagner dans les négociations avec nos partenaires financiers (foncières externes, fonds d’investissement, investisseurs institutionnels) et superviser nos conseils juridiques (notaires, avocats).
- **Suivi d’exécution des partenariats**: Suivre le bon déroulement des projets validés par nos partenaires, et gérer la transition avec l’Asset Management.
- **Sourcing et veille active**: Ponctuellement, aide au sourcing d’opportunités.

- **Reporting**: Suivi et réalisation du reporting pipeline et du reporting développement
- **Promoteurs & Bailleurs sociaux**: exceptionnellement, support sur la relation avec les promoteurs et les bailleurs sociaux
