**Contexte de la mission**:
Eiffage Génie Civil est présente dans l’ensemble des spécialités du génie civil. Ses équipes interviennent depuis la conception jusqu’à la construction, mais aussi en réparation et en maintenance, et en démolition, sur de nombreux ouvrages en France et à l’international.

**Vos missions**:
**MISSIONS**

EIFFAGE Norge as Main contractor is looking for one Design coordinator temporary structures in the E18 project.

**Responsibilities**:
General duties:
Compliance: Ensure that the design of the works to be built complies with the regulatory context, accepted by the stakeholders, meets the needs of the works. Manage the external control and 3rd parties.

Design Coordination: Coordinate and control the inputs and deliverables of the design offices and manage the interdisciplinary interfaces. Manage their budget and arbitrate actions in favor of the overall performance of the project.

Coordination with Construction department: Ensure that the works are in accordance with the design. Manage changes, non-compliance, redesigns during the works phase.

Reporting: Monitoring of progress, quality/safety indicators and site constraints

Environment: Organize, communicate and monitor the consideration of CEEQUAL criteria (environmental certification) during the design and construction phase

Digital: Ensure that all parties comply with the digital requirements (BIM, VDC, PLM) of a Full-BIM project

Support to contract management with subcontractors in charge of designing and setting up temporary structures on site

Liaise with the other departments for topics involving them

Specific duties:
Under the supervision of a technical lead:
List the temporary load bearing structures

Classify structures & discuss this with the Client (which structures will go through extended control):
Consult for external control companies

Carry out risk assessment of those temporary structures & define checklists

Define the design basis package to be considered by the suppliers

Collect DDP (Document Delivery Plans) from suppliers + Doc. Control

Check the design materials

Check the execution/quality materials

Open & follow-up the compliance file (to be shared monthly with the Client)

Follow-up the mounting and dismantling against the design and the quality/safety checklists

**Votre profil**:
**WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

**Qualifications**:
A master degree in engineering (civil or mechanical) or first level university degree in engineering + 2 years of experience in structural design OR temporary structures management.

**Experiences**:
Years of experience covering areas such as civil engineering, or structural design for concrete and steel structures would be an asset

**Skills**:
Communication : Communicates orally and in writing in a clear, concise and impartial manner. Takes time to listen to and understand the perspectives of others and proposes solutions.

Language: Fluent in English (mandatory). Fluency in Norwegian is a plus.
