Dans le cadre d'une création de poste, notre client recherche un Compliance Coordinator H/F en CDI à Marseille (13007).

Sous la direction du Directeur Financier (CFO), vous jouez un rôle de conseil auprès des métiers en les accompagnant dans la mise en œuvre de leurs obligations sur un ou plusieurs des 5 risques de conformité réglementaire : la protection de la clientèle, l’intégrité des marchés, la transparence fiscale, la lutte contre la corruption, le traitement et la conservation des données.

À ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Assurer le déploiement et le respect du programme de conformité défini par l’entreprise dans toutes les filiales, grâce à un plan d’action défini avec votre équipe,
- Mener des actions de sensibilisation à la conformité au sein de l’entreprise et dans ses filiales : réunions, affiches, formations, quiz, etc.
- Accompagner et conseiller chacun des référents conformité de chaque filiale à l’international,
- Réaliser des études ou des projets ponctuels sur des sujets liés à la conformité : protection des données, RSE, diversité, corruption ,
- Organiser et assurer le suivi des réunions mensuelles des comités de conformité.

Vous avez des connaissances concernant les normes légales et les réglementations relatives au secteur maritime ?

Véritable caméléon, vous pouvez échanger avec des interlocuteurs de culture différente provenant du monde entier ?

Vous avez un niveau d’anglais permettant de lire et comprendre des documents légaux, mais également d’échanger de manière fluide avec différents interlocuteurs par écrit ou à l’oral ?

Véritable leader né, vous pouvez manager vos équipes à distance ?

Vous travaillez de manière autonome et organisée ?

Vous venez de répondre oui (ou presque ) à toutes ces questions ?

- Rémunération entre 45k€ et 55k€ brut annuel selon profil sur 13 mois ,

- Temps plein avec 2 jours de télétravail,
- Poste à pourvoir dès que possible.
