**About the Villa**

The property is located in Cannes.

This villa is a family home used privately by the owners.

As for the property itself, it consists in 6 bedrooms in the main house

The owners of the property live in the Villa during the summer time.

There will be a maximum 6 - 10 guests in the villa.

This is a **LIVE OUT position., it could be a live in.**

**The project**

We are looking for a **freelance Housekeeper** ready to start working **ASAP** until May 30th, 2023, from 10.00 AM - 11.00 PM.**

**The duties regarding the Housekeeping will be as follows**:

- cleaning the house
- making the beds and organizing the bedrooms
- changing the sheets and all bed clothing depending on the schedule of the Villa
- cleaning the bathrooms
- making sure all the tasks will be done properly
- ensuring the laundry of he villa is taken care of
- the clothes of the owners & guests, the staff's laundry and all the linen in the Villa such as towels, bathrobes, bath mats, bed sheets, pillowcases, kitchen cloth, table cloth.
- washing the clothes and cleaning them, removing possible stains, checking that they are in a perfect state before folding them in wardrobes or putting them on hangers in the dressings.

**The duties regarding the laundry will be as follows**:

- In charge of all the clothes and all the linen when the family is in the villa, and other linen such as towels, bathrobes, bath mats, bed sheets, pillowcases, kitchen cloth, table cloth, etc.
- Washing the clothes and cleaning them, removing possible stains, drying them, etc.
- Ironing the linen, checking that they are in a perfect state before folding them in wardrobes or putting them on hangers in the dressings.

**The duties regarding the service (when needed) will be as follows**:

- Serving the meals when the clients are in the villa
- Setting up the table before meals and Clearing the tables after meals

**Desired Profile**
- ** You MUST have a car**:

- You must be **expert in cleaning techniques and proficient in ironing on delicate fabrics**.
- You have solid Housekeeping Skills
- You must be very **autonomous** and **able to report** and **respect your hierarch**y** in the same time.
- You must have a great eye for detail.
- We are looking for someone who is **passionat**e** about service and likes to work in private villas. **Previous 3 years of experience as a housekeeper or as a laundress is MANDATORY.**:

- You are **multitasking** and **flexible**, able to follow the processes that are already implemented and reactive in unusual/difficult situations.
- You are a **positive** person**, you like to work in a team and you are **discreet**.
- You are always on time and well-presented, you have a real sense of human relations and communication comes with an ease to you.
- You **MUST speak French.**:

- Ability to work within France (a national or visa holder)

**Salary**: 200 euros/ day.

**À propos de la villa**:
La propriété est située dans le quartier d'Opio. La villa fait 700m2 au total.

Cette villa est une maison familiale uniquement utilisée par les propriétaires.

Quant à la propriété elle-même, elle se compose de 2 maisons sur la propriété, 4 chambres dans la maison principale et 4 chambres dans la maison d'amis attenante.

Les propriétaires vivent dans la villa pendant l'été, c'est leur résidence secondaire et ils ont tendance à l'utiliser de début mai à octobre. Les propriétaires vont et viennent tout au long de la saison, il y a donc quelques périodes où ils ne sont pas dans la Villa.

Il y aura un maximum de 6 à 8 invités dans la villa pendant l'été, en particulier pendant le mois de juin, car leur fille rejoint ses parents avec son partenaire, leur bébé et leur nounou mais la plupart du temps les prop
