En tant que** Contract Manager** vous interviendrez:
En phase préparation:

- Fiabiliser les données d'entrée pour l'élaboration du Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises
- Aider à la rédaction et à l'identification amont des risques marchés

Dans le suivi de l'exécution:

- Aide au suivi des marchés (Maitrise d'Ouvrage et Maîtrise d'Œuvre)
- Réaliser le reporting mensuel s'appuyant sur le tableau de suivi des

marchés de chaque projet.
- Assurer le suivi contractuel des marchés (Traitement réclamations, évolutions contractuelles)
- Visite sur chantier
- Etre en appui de la préparation et la négociation du Décompte Général Définitif avec l'entreprise
- Assurer la traçabilité des évènements impactant les marchés

Dans le traitement des contentieux:

- Assistance au traitement des contentieux

Analyser et expertiser les dossiers de contentieux
- Vérifier le respect des clauses contractuelles (qualité, quantités, délais, coûts)

**Profil**:
De formation BAC+5 généraliste et/ou dans le domaine de l'énergie électrique, avec une première expérience en assistance Maitrise d'Ouvrage et dans le suivi de marchés et de gestion de contrat

Connaissance de l'infrastructure ferroviaire requise
