**MedinCell®** is a pharmaceutical company at commercial stage that develops innovative long-acting injectable medicines in many therapeutic areas based on our **BEPO® technology**.

We are looking for an **HR Coordinator** to join the **People Team** whose mission is to support the organization by providing a high-level service to our people on various topics.

**Responsibilities**:
**Payroll and HR Administration**
- Collect and communicate payroll information to the payroll provider, then verify payslips
- Manage starters and leavers process with payroll provider
- Handle calculations for bonuses and profit-sharing
- Manage restaurant ticket scheme: new beneficiaries, verify monthly calculation and credit accounts
- Manage employment contracts and all employee related documents
- Update personnel files and HRIS to ensure timely and accurate data
- Time management and absences follow-up
- Raise purchase orders and handle HR and training related invoices
- Answer HR related questions from employees

**Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding**
- Publish job advertisements on MedinCell’s website and job boards
- Organize logistics around interviews
- Collect all necessary documents of newly hired employees
- Organize onboarding and integration program for new joiners
- Liaising with occupational health service to organize medical visits
- Ensure subscription of new adherents to private medical scheme and removal of leavers
- Conduct exit interviews and handle leavers’ final paperwork

**Training**
- Gather all training requests and centralize the business needs
- Coordinate the training administration (organization, registration, training agreement, OPCO funding, etc..)
- Collect attendance sheets to ensure and track employee participation
- Support in evaluating the training when necessary

**Reporting**:

- Feed and maintain existing tools and reports
- Answer regular surveys and provide data for internal and external purposes
- Maintain and update the Economic and Social Database “BDES”

**Experience and Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Human resources or economics
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in an HR service in an international environment

**Language and IT**
- Fluency in French with a good level of English
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), knowledge of Mac environment would be an asset
