This job is about feeding the world through an effective management of our warehousing and transportation network in EMEA to ensure that logistics operations are reliable and that eventually Corteva products are delivered to customer on time and in a cost-effective manner.

All these goals must be achieved in an extremely dynamic environment regarding seasonality and demand peaks, tight schedules, customer needs and always in compliance with country legislation, keeping a balanced approach between an optimal cost, service, and stakeholders' demands.

Tight collaboration with 3rd party logistics service providers, supply chain and customer service partners is key to optimize and improve making logistics a competitive advantage for Corteva.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

As Logistics Specialist you will:

- Lead continuous improvement activities on area of functional expertise (transportation mode, carrier management, warehouse management) by calculating and monitoring KPI's to meet or exceed service expectations.
- Provide logistics expertise by identifying, analyzing and measuring improvements to key processes and procedures.
- Design and lead implementation of innovation and continuous improvement program.
- Manage annual budget for logistics operations
- Provide expertise and support in International Trade Operations, developing and driving logistics solutions across multiple regions.
- Drive training for process, systems, tools, methodology, and functional disciplines.

**Qualifications**:** KEYS TO SUCCESS**

- Customer focus: Clearly understand internal/external customer needs and work to deliver innovative solutions that enable Corteva to meet the needs and measure and give visibility of results.
- Collaboration mindset: Demonstrate ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional team to develop solutions to critical issues or deliver innovative solutions inside and beyond own region.
- Ability to use data to do concise gap analysis, build compelling cases for improvement and then effectively measures the results anticipate events and prepare for the situation ahead of time.
- Ability to develop and/or implement innovative solutions to differentiate Corteva.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics consultancy.
- University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Management with expertise in Logistics and International Trade Operations.
- Substantial knowledge of Information Systems (SAP, other systems and tools)
- Knowledge of key metrics to manage logistics functional performance.
- Strong leadership, effective communication, innovative mindset.
- Fluent oral and written English is required, French will be beneficial.
