A&M Paris is well established and one of the fastest growing advisory businesses in France. Our Paris based Transaction Advisory Group is lead by twelve highly experienced and established Managing Directors and Senior Directors. The team has earned an exceptional reputation for excellent work & they are highly active in France, working for premium clients on high profile deals: large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates, and French LBO’s. Their work comprises French situations and cross border activity in addition to international situations around the world.
A&M’s Global Transaction Advisory Group (“TAG”) is the largest transaction advisory practice outside the Big 4 audit firms. Our award-winning practice includes over 800 professionals in 35 offices across the U.S., Middle East, Europe, Latin America, India and Asia Pacific. A&M TAG have a unique opportunity to perform “smarter” due diligence by providing an integrated and differentiated approach. A&M is the leading provider of Financial Due Diligence globally outside the big four & the no.1 firm to develop a pan European career in Transaction Advisory today.
A&M’s deep operational and industry expertise provides TAG with a unique opportunity to perform “smarter” due diligence by providing an integrated and differentiated approach. We are unrestricted by any conflict with audit mandates and the resulting issues caused that are typical in many of our competitors. We are also able to operate cross-border seamlessly.
A&M TAG have a unique delivery model that enables junior members of the team to gain extensive exposure to Managing Directors and Senior Directors thus empowering individuals to fast track their careers and development. We are expanding, and we are looking for experienced and ambitious Analysts to join our Transactions Advisory team in Paris.

- Experience in audit or financial due diligence is desired
As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to;
- Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams in France and across geographies and build broad international deal experience
- Work with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap PE houses, corporate clients and financial institutions providing broad industry exposure
- Contribute to projects reporting directly to the Managing Directors or Senior Directors
- Gain exposure to senior members of the team in France and internationally gaining ‘on the job’ learning & development in addition to established formal training programmes
- Develop the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to analysing the key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction
- Work alongside A&M’s operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence & wider deal process
- Network with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build cross
- service line relationships

Essential experience;
- Graduated from a leading “Grande Ecoles” in Business and / or Engineering, or equivalent
- Big 4 trained - Previous experience is advantageous in Transaction Services, Private Equity, Audit and M&A
- Exposure to blue-chip Corporates and/ or Private Equity is useful
- Fluent business level English and French is essential. Additional European language skills including Dutch, German, Swedish, Italian or Spanish are highly desirable
