Pour une mission en région parisienne, nous recherchons un:
PROCUREMENT & REAL ESTATE MANAGER

MISSION

Pour les achats G&A

.Diriger la mise en œuvre de la Gouvernance Achats, Ethique & Conformité et des Règles d'or, et en assurer le bon respect dans la catégorie

.Définir/réviser et mettre en œuvre les processus d'approvisionnement G&A ainsi que garantir que toutes les règles et politiques du Groupe et de la BU sont correctement appliquées tout au long du processus d'approvisionnement

.Gérer la relation GBS et suivre la qualité des services fournis

.Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie pour la catégorie ayant un impact sur la performance

.Gérer les activités d'approvisionnement G&A (analyse de marché, définition de la stratégie, RFx, relation fournisseur et gestion des contrats) en respectant le niveau de service attendu

Pour l'Immobilier & Logistique:
.Coordonner et gérer le portefeuille de développement immobilier de l'organisation

.Pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise, trouver de nouveaux emplacements, négocier des baux et des transactions de vente de propriétés

.Veiller à ce que les rénovations, les activités d'entretien et les réparations nécessaires soient mises en œuvre et maintenues

.Concevoir et mettre en œuvre l'aménagement des installations

.Encadrement des prestataires auxquels nous avons délégué des activités logistiques : prise en charge de la sécurité, nettoyage, restauration, gestion de l'élimination des déchets

Dans la gestion des voyages

.Soutenir la conception et l'évolution de la politique voyages de l'entreprise

.Définir, mettre en œuvre et gérer/superviser la manière dont les préparatifs de voyage sont gérés

.Organiser, suivre et optimiser les frais de déplacement

Dans le cadre de la nouvelle organisation et de la transformation associée, réaliser les challenges suivants:
.Gérer et soutenir la mise en place d'une nouvelle organisation

.Poursuivre la rationalisation et l'alignement des processus entre BA, les pays et les entités juridiques

.Assurer le déploiement du système d'approvisionnement là où il n'est pas encore mis en œuvre en Allemagne et en France

.Apprécier l'intérêt de déployer plus largement GBS Procurement et GBS Real Estate (en France et en Allemagne)

.Examiner et mettre en œuvre les aspects d'atténuation des risques améliorés de la catégorie

.Soutenir la bonne implémentation des nouvelles solutions de gestion SAP TEMIS Supply concernant le processus d'approvisionnement G&A

.Rechercher des opportunités et des synergies supplémentaires pour améliorer la performance globale de l'activité par nous-mêmes ou avec le soutien du GBS

PROFIL
- 10 ans minimum d'expérience
- Maitrise des outils Office & SAP (obligatoire)
- Niveau Anglais courant

Début de la mission : ASAP

Duréé de la mission : 6 mois minimum
