How will you make an impact?
The Corporate Procurement Capex team at Thermo Fisher Scientific is looking for a part-time student for a year starting from September 2024 for the position of Administrative Assistant.
You will be a key member of the Corporate Procurement CAPEX team in EMEA, supporting members in achieving their mission at its best. You will also be able to lead project and task given by your manager. Collaborates with a cross-functional team of sourcing, operations, technical, finance and other key colleagues to ensure team success.
What will you do?
Joining the Global Purchasing team, you will assist the team in the following tasks:
- Organize and plan team members appointments and business trips
- Lead the welcoming of suppliers and visitors on the site
- Manage and monitor the department's operating budget working closely with the Finance Department
- Edit and create template documents and procedures
- Create Order and reception of invoices
- Physical and digital archiving of documents in SharePoint
- Follow-up and welcome consultants working in the department
- Manage expenses of the team members
- Create and Edit Powerpoint presentation
- Support in Spend Analysis and Contract management
- Support in internal and external communication
PROFILE NEEDED:
- Currently studying for a DUT/BTS or bachelor's degree in assistant management.
- Well-organized, detailed, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Autonomous, able to take initiative and balance priorities
- Curiosity and respect for confidentiality
- Good use of the Office pack
- Good level of English required: daily exchanges in English, international team
- Strong analytical and summarizing skills

The position is based in Bourgoin-Jallieu, FR, 15 minutes from the train station (duration: 45 minutes from Gare de Lyon Part Dieu).
