Rattaché à la Direction Assurance, vous intégrez une équipe de 10 gestionnaires passionnés par la technique, travaillant avec énergie et respect afin d'assurer la satisfaction de nos clients professionnels.
En tant que Gestionnaire Sinistres, vous serez chargé de gérer les dossiers dans le respect des conventions IRSA, IDA, du fond de garantie ou de droit commun.
A ce titre, vos principales missions seront donc de:
- Gérer l’étude préalable du dossier de sinistre automobile et déterminer les responsabilités et les franchises applicables,
- Déclarer le sinistre auprés de l’assureur,
- Appliquer les garanties contractuelles,
- Indemniser les préjudices matériels des assurés et des tiers,
- Enregistrer et suivre les contestations IDA,
- Traiter les recours tant conventionnels que de droit commun,
- Défendre les intérêts de la compagnie d’assurance,
- Veiller à garantir la qualité de service reconnue.

Diplômé d'un BTS Assurances, vous avez une première expérience significative (minimum 3 ans) en gestion de sinistres Auto et une bonne connaissance de la convention IRSA et du Droit Commun.
Autonome et responsable, vous avez une bonne capacité de gestion des priorités.
Vous faites preuve d’aisance relationnelle et rédactionnelle, êtes rigoureux et méthodique dans votre travail.
D’autre part, vous avez une affinité avec la gestion des outils informatiques et interfaces web.
Enfin, la pratique de l’anglais (lu, écrit et parlé) est indispensable pour échanger de manière réactive avec la compagnie d’assurance du groupe LeasePlan.
