Doté d’une forte notoriété, notre client est une entreprise industrielle novatrice d’un groupe de dimension internationale, qui conçoit, fabrique et vend des process automatisés.Nous recherchons aujourd’hui un Software Manager F/H afin d’accompagner le développement et la mise au point d’une nouvelle solution innovante dans un contexte « start up ».

Le poste
Rattaché au Président, au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire de 40 personnes, vous coordonnez l’architecture, la conception et le développement des composants logiciels.Vos missions sont les suivantes :Vous assurez le management des équipes « Soft » (environ 15 personnes, CDI et prestataires) réparties sur deux sites ;
En collaboration avec le Responsable développement groupe, vous êtes garant de l’architecture logiciel globale;
Vous assurez au quotidien un support technique aux équipes;
Vous faites le lien et assurez la cohérence de développement avec les autres équipes (mécanique/mécatronique/qualité,);
Vous êtes responsable du choix des outils;
Vous définissez la roadmap informatique annuelle et assurez le reporting.

Le profil
De formation supérieure en informatique (Bac +5 et plus), vous justifiez d’une expérience de minimum 5 ans sur une fonction similaire de « Responsable développement logiciel » en environnement C# /.Net.Vous avez déjà conçu et déployé par le passé des architectures « micro-services ».Manager aguerri, votre esprit d’analyse, votre dynamisme et votre autonomie vous permettront d’appréhender au mieux ce poste.Pragmatique et orienté résultats, vous êtes capable de structurer, processer et outiller vos équipes dans un contexte de fort développement.
